Owkin and Servier partner to use AI platform K Pro for oncology discovery and trial design
Owkin, an AI drug-discovery CRO, has entered a new agreement with French pharmaceutical company Servier to license its AI scientist, K Pro, for use in Servier’s oncology research and clinical trial planning.
The deal expands on a 2023 collaboration and gives Servier access to multimodal patient data from Owkin’s MOSAIC network, a digital atlas that combines tissue imaging, genomics and other data types to map the molecular composition of cancer samples.
Using K Pro, Servier’s scientists will receive AI-driven insights for molecule optimization, target and biomarker discovery, patient subgroup selection and overall trial design.
The partnership is intended to speed the development of targeted cancer therapies by leveraging advanced data integration and machine-learning analysis.
