Pharmadog collects only the minimum personal data required to operate the service. This page is a plain-language summary; the full, attorney-reviewed policy will replace it shortly.
What we collect
- Email address, when you create an account or join the newsletter, via Clerk for authentication and Resend for email delivery.
- Watchlist + interest preferences, stored in our own database (Neon Postgres) so we can personalize your feed.
- Anonymized usage analytics via PostHog. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers.
- Payment metadata via Stripe if you subscribe to a paid tier. Card details never touch our servers.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not share your watchlist or preferences with third parties.
- We do not use any third-party advertising trackers or pixels.
- We do not retain your data after account deletion beyond what's legally required.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing bork@pharmadog.xyz. We respond within 30 days.
A full policy aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and our actual data flow is in legal review. Until then, treat this summary as our binding commitment to you.
