Supernus and Indivior merge to form CNS-focused company with 11 marketed drugs and $2.2B revenue target

Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior Pharmaceuticals announced an all‑stock merger of equals, creating a central nervous system‑focused company that will combine their product lines and operations.

The combined entity projects annual revenue of about $2.2 billion and expects to generate roughly $888 million in operating earnings. The companies also anticipate $125 million in cost savings from overlapping functions.

Together the merged firm will market 11 CNS drugs, including Supernus' non‑stimulant ADHD treatment Qelbree, the Parkinson's disease pill Gocovri, and the postpartum depression therapy Zurzuvae, which was added after a $795 million acquisition of Sage Therapeutics.
