Attovia, Braveheart Bio, and Vogenx aim to raise over $500M through combined IPOs

Jul 30, 2026·read at Fierce Biotech ↗DealNeutral

Attovia Therapeutics, Braveheart Bio and Vogenx have each filed IPO paperwork, setting price ranges that together target more than $500 million in gross proceeds from public investors.

Braveheart Bio plans to sell 18.7 million shares at $15-$17 each, which would generate roughly $274.5 million at the midpoint. The company intends to allocate $90 million to a phase-3 trial of its oral cardiac myosin inhibitor BHB-1893 for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and another $100 million for a phase-3 study in the non-obstructive form, positioning the drug as a potential competitor to existing therapies such as Camzyos and Myqorzo.

Attovia Therapeutics has also set a $15-$17 price range and expects to raise enough capital to fund its operations through 2029, though it will offer fewer shares than Braveheart.

Vogenx filed its IPO with a similar price range and will contribute to the collective goal of exceeding $500 million, completing the trio’s coordinated market entry.
