Jul 16, 2026·read at BioSpace ↗DealNeutral

Braveheart Bio, Attovia Therapeutics and Vogenx filed for initial public offerings this week, adding to a surge of biotech listings in 2026.

Braveheart is developing a therapy for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and aims to compete with Bristol Myers Squibb in that space.

Attovia’s pipeline focuses on immunology, targeting the market dominated by Sanofi and Regeneron’s Dupixent.

Vogenx is advancing cardiometabolic treatments and joined the Nasdaq debut wave alongside the other two companies.

None of the firms have disclosed how much capital they expect to raise or the timing of their offerings; their ticker symbols will be BRVE, ATTO and VOGX respectively.
