Enveda Biosciences raises $311 million in Series E to accelerate nature-derived drug development
Enveda Biosciences announced a $311 million Series E financing round, adding to the more than $500 million it has raised in previous rounds.
The new capital follows a $130 million Series C in November 2024 and a $150 million Series D in September 2025, and is intended to support the company’s ambition to become a household name within ten years.
Enveda plans to use the funds to expand its ability to move drug candidates from discovery through late-stage development, leveraging its nature-derived chemistry platform and artificial-intelligence tools to shorten timelines and lower costs.
The company has already delivered clinical data on two candidates this year and begun testing a third molecule in humans, indicating progress toward its pipeline goals.
