Centric Compounding recalls Glutathione, Myer’s Cocktail and Tri-Immune Boost injectables over elevated endotoxin levels

Centric Compounding LLC announced a voluntary recall of six lots of its injectable products Glutathione 200 mg/mL, Myer’s Cocktail and Tri-Immune Boost. The recall was issued on September 9, 2026 and covers 30 mL multidose vials that were compounded with a glutathione active ingredient found to contain elevated endotoxin levels.

The company warned that the heightened endotoxin could trigger serious medical events such as fever, hypotension, inflammatory reactions, anaphylactic shock or even death. Nine adverse‑event reports have been received, describing symptoms including fever, chills, chest pain, nausea, vomiting, headache and malaise.

Affected lot numbers and their beyond‑use dates were listed in the notice, with expiration dates ranging from August 22, 2026 to July 26, 2026. Consumers who have purchased these vials are advised to stop use immediately and return them to the point of sale for a full refund.
