Once Upon a Farm recalls all Tractor Wheels toddler bars over choking risk
Once Upon a Farm announced a recall of every lot and variety of its Tractor Wheels Organic Toddler Soft-Baked bars. The company said the snack can quickly turn into a dense, dry and sticky mass when it contacts saliva, creating a potential choking hazard for children aged 1.5 to 2.5 years.
The recall applies to all fruit-flavored versions, including strawberry, pumpkin & beet, apple, sweet potato & spinach, and banana, pumpkin & carrot. Products were sold nationwide and in Puerto Rico through both online channels and retail stores, and the recall includes even expired items that may still be on shelves.
Consumers should check the UPC codes listed by the company and discard any recalled bars. The FDA has been notified, and the company is advising parents to stop using the product immediately.
