IQVIA and Veeva deepen partnership to accelerate clinical trial timelines

Oct 13, 2026·read at Fierce Biotech ↗DealPositive

IQVIA and Veeva Systems announced an expansion of their existing collaboration aimed at speeding up clinical trial execution and improving efficiency.

The upgrade brings Veeva's trial management tools-including Veeva CTMS, eTMF, Study Startup and Site Connect-into standard use across IQVIA's clinical development programs.

The two companies first joined forces in August 2025, creating a suite of clinical and commercial integrations that allowed data to flow between their platforms and placing IQVIA in Veeva's Technology, AI and Services Partner programs as well as its CRO Clinical Data Partner program.

Richard Staub, president of R&D solutions at IQVIA, said the combined technologies give clinical teams a more connected way to work through frictionless integration.

The expanded partnership is expected to help customers run trials faster, enhance site centricity and enable more informed decision‑making throughout the development process.
