Travere appoints former Amicus CEO Bradley Campbell as new chief executive

Travere Therapeutics CEO Eric Dube is stepping down after overseeing the launch of the rare kidney disease drug Filspari.

Bradley Campbell will assume the role on Dec 1, bringing experience from leading Amicus Therapeutics and its recent $4.8 billion acquisition by BioMarin. Dube will stay on as an executive advisor through Feb 15, 2027 to aid the transition.

During his tenure Dube rebranded the company from Retrophin and secured FDA accelerated approval for Filspari in 2023. Campbell arrives with more than 20 years of rare‑disease experience, having guided Amicus to become a multi‑product company after FDA approvals for Pombiliti and Opfolda.
