Nine companies are currently advertising openings across the state. The list includes CSL, Sanofi, Amgen, Eli Lilly and several others that are part of the region’s growing pharma ecosystem.

CSL in King of Prussia lists about two dozen positions such as senior clinical trial case manager, associate director of biostatistics and a global automation engineering head. Sanofi in Swiftwater seeks QA analysts, automation technicians and compliance experts. Amgen offers roles ranging from cardiovascular key account manager in Philadelphia to quality‑assurance specialist in Allentown. Eli Lilly’s Allentown openings feature an advisor‑engineering design lead and an associate director for platform learning.
