Endpoints 11 reveals 2026’s most promising biotech startups at Boston gala

The Endpoints editorial team announced the Endpoints 11 list, highlighting the most exciting biotech startups of 2026. The selection process involved months of research, interviews with executives, scientists and investors.

This year the editors noted increased secrecy among biotech firms, making it harder to assess candidates. Many companies are now sharing details of their science for the first time.

The winners will be presented at a gala in Boston on Sept. 24, featuring talks on cell therapy, AI, gene therapy and other areas, with a conversation hosted by Ryan Cross with Don Ingber of Wyss Institute.
