CREATE Medicines raises $122 million to advance CAR-T candidates into human trials

CREATE Medicines, formerly Myeloid Therapeutics, announced a $122 million financing round.

The funding came from Newpath Partners, ARCH Venture Partners, Hatteras Venture Partners and other investors.

The capital will support the company's first CAR-T candidates as they move into human trials and fund expansion of its pipeline, which now includes autoimmune disease programs.

The company was co‑founded by writer and oncologist Siddhartha Mukherjee and aims to use myeloid cells in CAR-T therapies to better target solid tumors.
