Oruka Therapeutics reports Phase 2 psoriasis results with 63% of patients showing plaque improvement

Oruka Therapeutics announced results from its Phase 2 trial in moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

The study enrolled 63 patients and 40 of them, about 63.5%, achieved the predefined level of skin plaque reduction.

The company said the data suggest the experimental therapy could become a competitor to AbbVie's Skyrizi, a leading treatment in the market.

Oruka plans to continue development and discuss next steps with regulators, while investors will watch for further trial phases.
