Craif raises $33M to expand its urine-based pancreatic cancer test

AI biopharma Craif announced a $33 million Series D financing, bringing its total capital raised to $88 million.

The funding will be used to scale research on its urine-based microRNA test, miSignal, which is already offered at more than 2,500 medical institutions and 4,500 pharmacies in Japan, with over 110,000 tests performed.

Craif is also opening a laboratory in San Diego to support a prospective study of the test in the United States, and has appointed Dr. Nick Bevins to lead the effort.
