Grand Central Bakery of Seattle announced a recall of its potato sourdough bread after discovering that some loaves may contain pieces of metal.
The recall includes 20‑oz, 12‑oz and other sized loaves sold on August 10, 2026 at grocery stores, select restaurants, wholesalers and four GCB café locations in the Seattle and Tacoma metro areas.
Consumers are instructed not to eat the product and to return it to the point of purchase or discard it. The FDA posted the recall notice on August 14, 2026.
