Amazon Pharmacy adds Ozempic pill to its same-day prescription kiosks

Amazon Pharmacy announced that its same-day prescription kiosks will now dispense the Ozempic tablet, expanding the range of drugs available through the vending-style machines.

The kiosks, which have been offering the oral form of Wegovy since February, allow patients to pick up their medication on the spot without visiting a pharmacy counter. Adding Ozempic gives users another option for managing type-2 diabetes and weight-related conditions.

The move reflects Amazon's broader effort to integrate more prescription products into its retail and health-care platforms, potentially increasing convenience for consumers and driving usage of its pharmacy services.
