The recall was triggered by a potential contamination with Salmonella, a bacterium that can cause severe gastrointestinal illness and, in vulnerable individuals, more serious infections.
The affected product, 180-capsule bottles, was sold nationwide from December 2025 through July 2026, primarily through Amazon and the company’s website, with a few units sold on eBay and Etsy. Consumers are advised to stop using the capsules and contact the company for a refund.
