Sino Biopharm signs separate respiratory partnership deals with AstraZeneca and GSK

Sino Biopharm announced it has entered into two distinct agreements with UK-based pharmaceutical companies focused on respiratory medicines.

One agreement involves licensing its investigational PDE3/4 inhibitor to AstraZeneca, giving the British group rights to develop and commercialize the candidate.

A separate sales and development pact was struck with GSK, covering another respiratory asset. The deals expand Sino Biopharm’s collaborations with major global players and could broaden the reach of its pipeline.
