Enliven Therapeutics' early-stage study shows 48% major molecular response in CML patients

A targeted therapy from Enliven Therapeutics, ELVN-001, produced major molecular responses in 48% of participants with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in a 24‑week, early‑stage trial. The study evaluated an 80 mg once‑daily dose and focused on patients with advanced disease.

Response rates were higher among individuals treated earlier in their disease course, and the results compare favorably with a leading blockbuster from Novartis and an experimental candidate recently acquired by Merck. The data suggest ELVN-001 may offer a competitive option for CML management.
