Tango and Revolution report high response rates in early pancreatic cancer combo trial
Tango Therapeutics and Revolution Medicines tested a combination of Tango's drug vopimetostat with Revolution's daraxonrasib in an early-stage clinical trial for pancreatic cancer. The study enrolled patients who received both agents together.
The trial reported durable responses in the large majority of participants, indicating a strong therapeutic effect compared with historical outcomes for this disease.
