Tango Therapeutics reports 82% response rate for vopimetostat plus Rasonque in pancreatic cancer, down from 92% earlier
Tango Therapeutics announced updated data from its ongoing Phase 1/2 trial combining its PRMT5 inhibitor vopimetostat with Revolution Medicines' newly approved drug Rasonque (daraxonrasib) in second‑line pancreatic cancer.
The trial evaluated 22 patients with measurable disease and showed an objective response rate of 82%, lower than the 92% rate reported in June when fewer patients were included.
Median progression‑free survival has not yet been reached, and the study reported an 88% progression‑free rate among patients receiving the regimen in second‑ or third‑line settings.
The results will be presented at the European Society of Medical Oncology meeting in Madrid, and Tango's shares fell after the announcement.
