23andMe partners with HealthEx to let users import medical records for a 360-degree health view
23andMe announced a partnership with HealthEx that will let its customers import their medical records, creating a more complete view of personal health.
The new feature will combine genetic data with lab results and lifestyle information, and will include an AI-generated 23andMe Health Summary that is currently being developed for beta testers.
Robin Smith, head of product at 23andMe, said the aim is to move toward dynamic disease-risk predictions that use the most up-to-date health data, bridging DNA information with medical records.
