Definium's LSD candidate DT120 shows positive Phase 3 results, moving toward FDA submission

Definium Therapeutics reported positive topline data from its Phase 3 Panorama trial of DT120, an oral LSD formulation for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

The trial met its primary endpoint, showing a statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement on the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale at week 12, with a 5.1-point reduction versus placebo.

Analysts at Jefferies and Stifel said the results represent another clear win and move the company closer to filing a new drug application with the FDA. Shares rose about 11% following the announcement.
