Alkermes reports Phase 3 success for Lumryz; Boehringer announces antibody partnership

Alkermes announced that its narcolepsy medication Lumryz, which received regulatory approval in 2023, achieved its primary efficacy endpoint in a Phase 3 trial.

The study met the predefined criteria for reducing excessive daytime sleepiness, confirming the drug’s benefit in the target patient population.

In a separate development, Boehringer Ingelheim disclosed a new agreement to collaborate on an antibody program, expanding its pipeline in the immunotherapy space.
