Biopharma hiring surges in New Jersey, 11 companies post dozens of new roles

BioSpace data shows job postings for biopharma positions in New Jersey have risen year over year, with a notable 73% jump in July compared with the same month last year.

The upward trend has persisted for most of the past twelve months, making New Jersey a hotbed for pharma employment.

Eleven companies are currently advertising openings, including Legend Biotech with more than 50 roles, Insmed with over 40, Sanofi with over 40, GenScript with more than 30, and Regeneron with over two dozen positions.

The listed positions span a range of functions such as regulatory affairs, engineering, scientific research, quality assurance, and operational leadership, reflecting diverse hiring needs across the sector.
