LifeMine Therapeutics secures $263 million to develop safer transplant immunosuppressant

Aug 6, 2026·read at Endpoints ↗DealPositive

LifeMine Therapeutics announced it has raised a total of $263 million through two venture financing rounds.

The capital, which includes a newly disclosed $75 million Series D round, will be used to advance the company’s program for a potentially safer and more convenient immunosuppressant aimed at transplant patients.

The funding round reflects continued investor interest in novel approaches to immunosuppression and positions LifeMine to begin clinical testing of its candidate.
