Leo International Precision Health allocates 3.77 million bonus shares to PC Beteiligungsgesellschaft following capital increase

Leo International Precision Health AG announced the allocation of 3,772,368 bonus shares to PC Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. The allocation stems from a capital increase funded from the company’s own resources, which was approved at the AGM on 12 June 2026 and recorded in the commercial register on 28 July 2026.

The transaction was disclosed in a filing to GlobeNewswire, noting that the shares were issued without a monetary price.

Mr Phillip Campell, a member of the managing body, is identified as the person closely associated with the transaction.

No financial consideration or cash flow impact was reported, as the shares were issued as a bonus allocation.
