The Current Status of Pimicotinib in TGCTThe phase 3 MANEUVER trial showed that pimicotinib significantly improved response rates, as well as patient-reported outcomes such as pain, stiffness, and range of motion vs placebo, for patients with TGCTThis trial supported the submission of a new drug application for pimicotinib in TGCT, which was accepted by the FDA in January 2026.Findings with pimicotinib build upon prior data with systemic therapies and support a shift away from upfront surgery toward systemic, multidisciplinary management in advanced diffuse TGCT.
