Two biotech firms announce reverse mergers to list experimental bispecific antibody and BTK inhibitor on Nasdaq

Jul 29, 2026·read at Endpoints ↗DealNeutral

Two biotech companies have each entered reverse merger agreements to become publicly traded on Nasdaq.

One firm, based in China, is developing a bispecific antibody and will use the merger to bring that candidate to market.

The other, a San Diego startup linked to Gossamer Bio, is advancing a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor and will also list on Nasdaq.

Both companies aim to gain greater access to capital and visibility as they continue clinical development.
