Nokia senior manager Patrik Hammarén acquires 43,293 shares at €8.44 each

The acquisition was made on July 24, 2026 and involved a total of 43,293 shares at a unit price of €8.4420 per share, split into two transactions of 1,624 and 41,669 shares.

The transaction was reported as an initial notification under Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
