Biogen's tau therapy shows mixed Alzheimer's results, low dose outperforms higher dose

The trial showed that the drug produced some of the strongest evidence to date that targeting tau can slow cognitive decline, but the overall results were mixed.

Notably, participants receiving the lower dose demonstrated better outcomes than those on the higher dose, raising questions about the optimal dosing strategy.
