Ensure outputs answer the right business questions, at the right time, with appropriate confidence. Provide informed challenge when analytics risk being misapplied, over-interpreted or operationally misaligned.

Partner with relevant business stakeholders (e.g., Clinical operations, Biostatistics, Data Governance, etc.) to align methodologies and avoid parallel or conflicting standards. Clarify and align ownership boundaries to accelerate delivery and avoid rework.

• Capability Building & Analytical Culture – mentor junior analysts and strategists to develop strong analytical judgment, methodological literacy, and confidence to challenge assumptions, tools, and stakeholders.
