Main Responsibilities You are a seasoned data analytics professional with deep expertise in pricing, contracting, and market access data domains. You have a proven track record of leading data quality initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and driving data-driven decision-making in complex enterprise environments. You excel at translating business needs into technical solutions and have the leadership presence to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels. You are passionate about building scalable data solutions that enable strategic business outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and governance.

In your role, you will be reporting directly to the US Market Access and Pricing PAA Product Owner, providing technical leadership and analytical expertise to ensure high-quality, trusted pricing and contracting data across Sanofi's US commercial ecosystem. You will work closely with Market Access stakeholders, Finance, Contracting, Data Governance, Commercial Analytics teams, and Digital Tech. You will have opportunities to lead data analysis, data quality and business requirements gathering for Market Access and Pricing PAA and will be a key contributor to the product vision and roadmap.

Job Highlights

• Lead data analysis initiatives for US Market Access and Pricing, delivering value in strategic account management, pricing optimization, rebate analytics, and contract performance through high-quality data solutions.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data analysts and cross-functional team members on data quality, analytical methodologies, and problem-solving approaches.

• Translate complex business and operational questions into analytical requirements, queries, and data enrichment specifications for Data Foundations

• Lead complex data analysis initiatives including root cause analysis, impact assessments, and data reconciliation for pricing and contracting data across multiple systems.

• Define the data model and partner with Data Engineers and Architects to validate source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, pricing calculation rules, and data reconciliation outcomes.

• Drive the definition and monitoring of US-specific pricing and contracting data quality KPIs, thresholds, and trends, leading remediation efforts with Data Governance and Stewardship teams.

• Lead change management and adoption efforts by providing high quality datasets, documentation, and guidance to business users and consuming systems.

• Identify and drive opportunities for automation, reporting optimization, and advanced analytics to continuously improve Market Access and Pricing PAA data operations.

• Support the Product Owner in strategic planning and roadmap development for the Market Access and Pricing PAA with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience including mentoring, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives in large, complex organizations.

• Relationship-oriented with the ability to communicate meaningfully and influence all levels of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior business leaders.

• Storyteller with the ability to translate complex data quality issues and analytical insights into something simple, accurate, and actionable for non-technical audiences.

• Ability to deal with ambiguity, work autonomously with limited guidelines, and provide thought leadership on emerging data challenges.

• Effective written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions.

• Good understanding of agile/scrum development processes and concepts, with experience working in product-oriented teams

• Able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to drive results through others and build collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries.

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline, with 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data quality management, and data/database management within complex enterprise environments. Master’s degree preferred.

• Deep domain expertise in pricing and contracting data, Market Access analytics, strategic account management, rebate management, and data quality management, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries

• Expert-level proficiency analysing large, complex datasets using SQL and Snowflake, with demonstrated ability to write complex queries, and troubleshoot data issues.

• Working knowledge of Python and/or R for advanced analysis, automation, and scripting

• Solid knowledge of data modelling and data warehousing principles, including data cleansing, transformation, integration, and validation to ensure pricing data consistency and quality.

• Hands-on experience delivering dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau to communicate insights to business and technical stakeholders.

• Proven experience partnering with Product Owners, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Data Governance teams to support pricing and contracting data implementations and downstream systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives and deliver actionable insights.

• Experience with data profiling, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and data reconciliation methodologies

• Understanding of data governance frameworks, data stewardship processes, and regulatory compliance requirements in pharmaceutical/healthcare contexts

• Experience working in US life sciences/pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Market Access, Pricing, or Commercial Analytics functions.

• Familiarity with strategic account management platforms, rebate management systems, and payer analytics tools
