As Global buyer Spare parts, you will be responsible, for the management of spare part category, purchase, storage, and distribution of spare parts or components required for machinery, or equipment, for implementing sourcing strategies according to category management strategies and leading sourcing activities across all business units at global level.
This includes activities such as, but not limited to, partnering with the internal business teams to support their objectives, assist with building project scopes, consolidate all business needs and specification, conduct Global Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiate contracts renewals, rate cards / discount schedules, and manage overall relationships with key suppliers. Main responsibilities:
• Ensures the implementation and operational follow-up of action plans derived from the strategies, in close collaboration with the procurement network and stakeholders.
• Provides support to the Global Lead Buyer of the category to ensure the execution of the strategy and sourcing execution.
• Develop & implement digital Solutions and VMI Programs: implementing Digital solutions (such as PunchOut catalogues) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs streamline procurement processes and improve expenditure management.
• Delivers savings pipeline in line with targets.
• Maintain knowledge of supply chain best practices and industry benchmarks.
• Provide solutions & alternatives for Spare parts process improvement.
• Communicate departmental vision & goals.
• Leads global RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for maintenance category.
• Reports on status, savings, performance, and risks on the sourcing activities for maintenance category.
• Stays informed on current industry trends and new market developments.
• Act as a change agent, bring outside innovation and leverage global footprint.
• Undertakes benchmarking against other industries and best practices.
• Run robust Supplier Management with business reviews & performance management Ensure mastery of Procurement technical excellence (TCO, SRM, Market Intel, Risk Management, Innovation, CSR, HSE, compliance, quality…),
• Work closely with procurement services to leverage as much as possible the middle and back-offices services.
• Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues with suppliers.
About you
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or another relevant field.
Experience:
• Min. 3 years of Procurement experience.
Soft and Technical skills:
• Technical knowledge of Spare Parts Management, reverse engineering, Additive manufacturing & Lathing/milling/coating technologies
• Good understanding of inventory management and FIFO practices.
• Results oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, notably on large data sets.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module and any CMMS tool.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Trained into crisis management.
• Knowledge of Pharma GMP work environment.
• Proven experience into remote maintenance contract deployment and machinery connectivity and censoring.
• Good understanding of finance and legal aspects.
• Flexible, receptive, resourceful, creative, and results oriented.
• Proven project management.
• Technical and commercial Negotiation.
• Communication skills: Assertiveness, ability to convince/influence others and excellent presentation skills.
• Able to quickly assimilate new information/skills.
• Readily adapts to new environment, processes, ways of working.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal sensitivity.
• Role model in compliance and ethics.
Languages:
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English required
• German and/or French active language skillset is nice-to-have

The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft14 592 000Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
