The Position The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

The opportunity: As a German-speaking Template Manager (P&C Document Management Solution),​ you are part of a dynamic, vivid and spiritful organization and you are responsible for supporting the document generation process within Global P&C Document Management Solution, especially for creating document templates in Workday using Kainos Extend.

Your main tasks will include (but not limited to):

• Creating and maintaining document templates in Global P&C Document Management Solution according to guidelines and guidance from Template Requesters

• Supporting the implementation of template automations in other P&C systems (e. g. ServiceNow, Workday)

• Consulting with Template Requesters regarding possible options for template creation

• Supporting the testing activities for document generation.

• Ensuring document delivery from the personal files upon request

• Providing professional customer service, developing key stakeholder relationships and advising partners on the adoption of new ways of working.

• Demonstrating process knowledge to ensure compliance by updating documentation (SWIs, SOPs, GWIs) and strictly adhering to legal and data protection regulations.

• A tech savvy vein, analytical thinking, strong knowledge of MS Office and G Suite applications

• Experience with Java or Visual Basic, basic knowledge of HTML (would be a plus)

• Experience in service delivery or customer care environment

• Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
