The Position The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a Design Project Coordinator (DPC), you are the end-to-end owner of design tickets. You act as a central point of contact from ticket intake to delivery, handling all project management, Workfront administration, designer allocation, stakeholder communication. Your mission is to protect creative time for designers and ensure smooth, timely execution across all project types. This role demands a proactive approach to project management, including the screening and delegation of incoming tasks, constant communication to optimize project delivery, and the maintenance of a balanced and productive team environment.

This is a maternity cover opportunity.

The Opportunity:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned Workfront tickets, from intake to closure.

• Review ticket briefs, clarify missing or unclear information with stakeholders.

• Assign designers based on availability and expertise.

• Manage Workfront administration, including metadata, timelines, task transitions, and documentation.

• Act as the single point of contact between stakeholders and designers.

• Coordinate kick-off calls for complex or high-priority projects, and route feedback to designers.

• Ensure timely deliveries, update stakeholders, close tickets, escalate blockers, and track team progress.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of professional experience in project management or workflow management, preferably in a design area or similar fast-paced business.

• You possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• You are able to organize and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• You are skilled in fostering client relationships through initial project discussions, ongoing updates, and setting realistic expectations, ensuring smooth project execution.
