The Position 岗位职责:
• 战略研究与分析： 开展市场、行业及竞品研究，为公司中长期战略规划及新业务机会提供支持。
• 数据与商业分析： 收集并分析内部业务数据及外部标杆数据，输出有商业价值的战略洞察。
• 项目与高管支持： 协助制作战略汇报材料、工作坊（Workshop）资料及供高管层决策的报告。
• 跨部门协同： 配合各业务部门跟踪重点战略项目的落地进展，确保战略方向一致。
任职要求:
• 教育背景： 本科或硕士在读，商科、经济学、金融等相关专业优先。
• 核心能力： 具备极强的逻辑思维、结构化思考与问题解决能力，对数据敏感。
• 工具技能： 熟练掌握 PPT 和 Excel；掌握数据可视化工具者优先。
• 语言沟通： 优秀的商务英语听说读写能力，流利沟通，适应外企跨国工作环境。
• 出勤要求： 每周至少出勤 3–4 天，持续 3–6 个月。
