Typical Accountabilities - Serve as a country or regional expert by offering senior-level technical support and specialized knowledge to the Medical Affairs team and project stakeholders to drive change by leading transformative initiatives and ensuring best practices across the organization. - Deliver training sessions and disseminate best practices to foster the growth and skill enhancement of junior team members. - Contribute to the creation, refinement, and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure full regulatory compliance with both company guidelines and external legal frameworks. - Collaborate actively with senior colleagues in the Medical Affairs team to plan and execute strategic projects aligned with the organization's priorities. - Lead focused research initiatives and compile detailed internal reports, providing valuable insights during key stakeholder meetings. - Stay current with industry advancements and continuously promote the adoption of modern best practices within the team to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; Thorough knowledge or experience within the pharmaceutical industry and Medical Affairs function. Desirable: Advanced scientific degree; Understanding of multiple aspects of Medical Affairs; Project management experience.
