Sr. Production Manager

requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/ mechanical /Instrumentation /Electrical / Process Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in production management within a pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industry. Familiar with GMP. • Familiarity with EHS regulations and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical/Chemical industry, particularly in India. • Extensive experience with continuous improvement projects, particularly in process performance optimization using Six Sigma (DMAIC)/TPM or similar methodologies & Knowledge of ISO 9001 system. • Self Sufficient to take care of Maintenance of equipment’s /utilities in respective area. • Strong leadership skills with a focus on enhancing team performance and engagement. • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with various stakeholders, including production teams, site experts, and supply chain personnel. • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
