The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Commercial Development – Pancreatic Cancer, this role will lead global commercial strategy and lifecycle development for the pancreatic cancer portfolio. This job description is across numerous positions, including daraxonrasib and zoldonrasib and future pipeline candidates, supporting opportunities in first-line metastatic, locally advanced, perioperative, and adjuvant disease, as well as future indications. This leader will translate evolving clinical evidence, patient and biomarker insights, and competitive dynamics into integrated global commercial strategies, portfolio investment recommendations, and stage-appropriate launch readiness. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and close alignment with existing asset and indication teams.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Own integrated pancreatic portfolio strategy: Lead global commercial development across therapeutic and pancreatic cancer settings; connect indication strategies to overall portfolio value.

• Guide indication and lifecycle prioritization: Evaluate clinical and commercial opportunities, unmet need, competitive differentiation, treatment sequencing, and investment trade-offs; present clear recommendations for development and governance decisions.

• Build treatment-setting strategies: Develop differentiated commercial hypotheses for first-line treatment, locally advanced disease, surgical/perioperative pathways, and adjuvant therapy, recognizing distinct patient journeys, customers, and evidence requirements.

• Integrate asset and combination positioning: Partner with relevant product teams to shape complementary daraxonrasib and zoldonrasib strategies, including biomarker-defined populations, potential combination approaches, and implications of future portfolio evolution.

• Lead patient and market forecasting: Develop global epidemiology, treatment-flow and patient-segmentation models, revenue scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and commercial value assessments across the continuum of pancreatic cancer care.

• Shape clinical development through a commercial lens: Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Market Access on target populations, meaningful endpoints, duration of therapy, standards of care, and evidence needed for future adoption.

• Advance biomarker and patient-identification strategy: Work with Precision Medicine and Diagnostics on RAS/KRAS testing, KRAS G12D-defined populations, laboratory and referral workflows, accessibility, and the commercial implications of molecularly guided care.

• Connect the multidisciplinary ecosystem: Build a unified commercial understanding of oncologists, pancreatic surgeons, gastroenterologists, radiologists, pathologists, multidisciplinary tumor boards, academic centers, and community settings, in partnership with Medical Affairs and existing engagement teams.

• Align with cross-portfolio leaders: Coordinate with established first-line/metastatic teams, regional affiliates, and global brand teams to share insights and ensure best in class launches.

• Prepare for future launches and expansions: Develop stage-gated global commercialization frameworks, value propositions, brand positioning, affiliate readiness, access and customer-pathway assumptions, and launch scenarios for the U.S. and global markets.

• Track market evolution and performance: Monitor scientific milestones, competing programs, diagnostic adoption, treatment patterns, and commercial assumptions; adjust strategic plans and forecasts as evidence and investment decisions evolve.

• Lead execution and influence: Guide cross-functional working teams, agencies, market research and analytics partners; communicate succinctly with senior leaders and governance forums and apply innovative digital and data-driven approaches.

• Up to 40% of travel required.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years, or advanced degree with at least 8 years, of progressive commercial experience in a biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical company, including strategic marketing and ideally sales.

• Proven success developing global oncology commercial strategies across products, indications, or stages of disease and influencing complex cross-functional product teams.

• Demonstrated ability to develop patient and revenue forecasts, interpret market and clinical insights, and evaluate strategic trade-offs that inform portfolio investment decisions.

• Strong leadership, ability to build high-performing teams and partnerships, and ability to influence without direct authority.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to deliver high-quality strategic work under evolving timelines.

• Strong clinical and scientific acumen; ability to translate emerging clinical evidence, trial design, and oncology treatment pathways into commercial implications.

• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and external stakeholder engagement skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and commitment to improving outcomes for people with cancer.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in pancreatic or other gastrointestinal cancers, including first-line metastatic and earlier-stage treatment settings.

• Experience with precision oncology, KRAS/RAS-targeted medicines, molecular testing, or biomarker-defined patient populations.

• Experience developing global commercial strategies for oncology launches, indication expansion, or lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with oncology care pathways and patient journeys in pancreatic cancer.

• Experience working in a rapidly growing biotechnology company and partnering with global and regional commercial organizations.
