requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in data analytics, operational reporting, or business intelligence, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights. • 2–3 years working in clinical trial operations, pharmaceutical operations, or healthcare analytics in a pharma or CRO environment. • Hands-on experience maintaining and analyzing operational study data in clinical trial management systems (e.g., Planisware, CTMS). • Track record of contributing to budget development, forecast tracking, and performance reporting for clinical studies. • Experience leading analytical projects or mentoring junior colleagues, with proven ability to communicate findings clearly. • Proficiency with advanced analytics tools and data visualization platforms to build dashboards and reports.
