• Graduate or Postgraduate in business • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and process improvement. • Demonstrated experience supporting Kaizen or similar rapid-improvement events. • Experience in regulatory or quality domains is a plus. • Certifications: Green belt (preferred) • Change management mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic regulatory environment. • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies; openness to Design for Six Sigma where applicable.
