In this pivotal role, you'll drive the implementation of our country medical affairs plan, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to the Established Products CSE medical strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing disease and product knowledge while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards. Ready to get started? Main responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and external medical education to enhance disease and product knowledge in the cardiovascular and diabetes field

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and health authorities

• Drive and coordinate medical research projects, including investigator-initiated studies

• Implement local Medical Affairs plans and communication strategies aligned with the CSE medical strategy

• Provide medical expertise to cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory

• Evaluate and approve marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical standards

• Participate in relevant congresses, symposia, and scientific meetings to stay at the forefront of cardiovascular medicine

About you

• MD, PharmD, or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Medical Affairs or related roles

• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and diabetes TA and current treatment landscapes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals at all levels

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results and meet both short and long-term goals

• Fluency in Czech and English

The salary range for this position is :Kč1 136 340,00 - Kč1 514 820Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
