Product Engineer (Slurry Materials)

requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry or Physics • 8years above experience in product engineering, quality, or chemical manufacturing, preferably in the semiconductor or other microfabrication industry. • Demonstrated success in driving product improvements from customer feedback. • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis (e.g., 8D, FMEA, Model-based problem solving). • Experience with formal CAPA processes and complex change management. • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R) and basic statistical methods. • Understanding of ISO quality management systems Customer engagement and communication • Experience gathering, validating, and prioritizing customer complaints and requirements. • Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers. • Skills in facilitating cross-functional problem-solving sessions with customers and internal stakeholders. Collaboration and leadership • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple functions. • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines. • Customer-facing mindset with a client-centric approach to product decisions. Soft skills • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and structured thinking. • Effective written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented.
