Your impact begins here As Hospital Sales Representative, you will be the trusted face of Novo to healthcare professionals. What you’ll do You will turn an understanding of your territory into focused action, building relationships that help our treatments reach the people who need them.

• Drive territory sales and support wider regional sales development, working closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and other customer-facing teams.

• Analyse opportunities and challenges across your territory, then develop and deliver a territory plan you are fully accountable for.

• Deliver first-class customer engagement through calls, group presentations and tailored meetings aligned to our sales and marketing strategy.

• Build long-term relationships with existing customers and identify new groups of doctors who treat other serious chronic diseases.

• Monitor competitor activity, assess its impact and adapt your approach.

• Contribute to regional meetings, national conferences and cross-functional projects, and complete required administration accurately and on time (including CRM, Medicines Australia reporting, KAMs and expenses), always working in line with The Novo Way.

You will work side by side with colleagues in Sales, Marketing and customer-facing teams, sharing what you learn in the field so the team can act with clarity and pace. It is a fast-moving, collaborative environment where every representative plays a direct role in bringing our portfolio to more hospitals, more specialists and more people across the region.

What you can expect here In addition to being part of a collaborative and authentic culture, our employees are rewarded with Health and Wellbeing days, gifted leave between Christmas and New Year, extensive learning and development opportunities and regular team and company offsite events.
