This individual will serve as a technical resource for administering enterprise platforms, managing user environments, and ensuring reliable system performance that support both corporate and scientific operations. This role requires experience managing Microsoft Office365, Azure, and both on-premise and cloud-based systems. Superior troubleshooting skills will be required for issues related to deployment, updates, and ongoing use of business-critical software. Experience in biotech or lab-based environments is highly desirable.
