This role is responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, driving stakeholder alignment, and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery through effective Scrum practices. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, support backlog refinement, and promote continuous improvement to help teams deliver value efficiently and consistently.
