Job Description Purpose of the Job

• The Talent & OD Manager is accountable for the end-to-end design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development and organizational development programs. Reporting to the Talent & OD Lead, this role drives leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness interventions to build a strong talent pipeline and support long-term business growth.

Typical Accountabilities Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline Management

• Lead talent review and succession planning processes for critical and leadership positions.

• Identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent to build a strong leadership pipeline.

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to evaluate succession readiness, talent risks, and development priorities.

Organizational Culture & Employee Experience

• Drive culture initiatives that strengthen organizational values, employee engagement, and inclusion.

• Lead key culture programs, including Speak-Up Culture, Inclusion & Belonging, and employee experience initiatives.

• Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and implement targeted interventions to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Talent Development & Capability Building

• Assess organizational capability needs across leadership, professional, functional, and AI-related competencies.

• Design and deliver leadership development, career development, and capability-building programs aligned with business needs.

• Manage end-to-end learning initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness through data, feedback, and business impact measures.

Employee Engagement & Workforce Insights

• Own and manage employee listening initiatives, including Pulse Surveys and engagement surveys.

• Lead survey analysis, reporting, action planning, and follow-up activities to improve employee engagement.

• Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends and drive organizational improvements.

Global Development & Mobility

• Facilitate employee participation in global leadership, development, and mobility programs.

• Partner with global stakeholders to manage program nominations, assessments, and deployment processes.

• Support career growth opportunities through international assignments, cross-functional experiences, and talent mobility initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or related HR disciplines.

• Proven experience designing and managing talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.

• Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and change management principles.

• Experience working with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization.

• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging people analytics and workforce insights.

Desired Skills or Requirements

• Professional certifications related to Talent Management, Coaching, OD, Change Management, or Learning & Development are preferred.
