• Organize and maintain paper-based personnel files while systematically digitizing, categorizing, and naming documents to establish consistent record management.

• Act as the main user and key administrator for the electronic document management platform, leading the transition from physical records to digital storage.

What you'll learn:

• Hands-on exposure to full employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Best practices for organizing, categorizing, and digitizing sensitive employee records.

• Document retention rules and audit requirements for HR records.

• Skills in standardized filing, naming conventions, and workflow efficiency.

• Collaboration across HR, Operations, and Compliance departments.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and basic computer literacy.

• Available to work 32–40 hours per week.

• Ability to work on-site at our Warsaw office at least 80% of the week.

• Prior experience or internship in administration, logistics, or project coordination is a strong plus.
